“I wanted to give a shoutout to Trey, the new manager at Tractor Supply in Leland.
I stopped in for supplies for my garden and asked about a small plastic pallet I noticed in an empty display. Trey could have easily said no and kept moving, but instead he took the time to talk with me and ended up helping me out with another option.
More than anything, I appreciated how kind, professional, and approachable he was. Good customer service isn’t just about solving a problem; it’s about making people feel welcomed and valued, and Trey did exactly that.
As a frequent Tractor Supply customer and gardener, I wanted to make sure someone knew that his effort and attitude didn’t go unnoticed.

“My old dog had not eaten anything for almost 4 days. I went in Unleashed and told them what the problem was. They showed me some food that she would probably eat .
She did and inhaled it.
After seeing her not eating for 4 days I was losing hope!

“Very sad people would rate a non-profit organization poorly. 1 women rates every business she comes in contact with poorly. This place is staffed and run by volunteers. If the hours are not convenient for you then YOU volunteer. Who do you think is supposed to work for your convenience? Another complained that she wasnt allowed to adopt because they are active duty military. Duh! For good reason and sad you need someone to stop you from a bad decision that ends with the animal once again in a shelter, possibly a kill shelter. Volunteers are not perfect neither are you BUT they are at the very least trying to make a difference. Complaining like a spoiled child that didn't get their way is hateful and selfish especially when you do it to a non- profit saving pets! What have you done to help?”

“Every time I visit this store, I have a lovely customer service experience. Staff is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I stopped in today for a random issue for my elder dog, and Katie and Maddie took excellent care of me. Maddie looked up further information for me, and then showed me an alternative that helps her dog. This is a small business well worth our support! Kudos!”
