“I grew up in Wilmington, though am not based locally at present. I stepped into the store for the first time on 4/17/26 with a varied set of needs and questions surrounding a cat I had recently rehomed in the area. The attention, relevance and care that Lacey brought to my situation was remarkable. We live in a moment in time where a felt sense of customer service is rare, and particularly meaningful. It accomplishes something that big business and artificial humanity cannot. I feel inclined to shop here personally, as well as encourage people in my life to frequent Aunt Kerry's, simply because it feels to be creating more of the world I want to live in. “My old dog had not eaten anything for almost 4 days. I went in Unleashed and told them what the problem was. They showed me some food that she would probably eat .
She did and inhaled it.
After seeing her not eating for 4 days I was losing hope!

I recently moved to the area so I decided to sign up for one of their consultations for my cat. Zena, at the Landfall location in Wilmington, was exceptionally helpful and took her time to answer all my questions. They have worked with me through my cat's finicky tastes and we have finally discovered a new eating plan for her. I am so thankful for their knowledge and service! I am happier and my cat is happier!”

“Very sad people would rate a non-profit organization poorly. 1 women rates every business she comes in contact with poorly. This place is staffed and run by volunteers. If the hours are not convenient for you then YOU volunteer. Who do you think is supposed to work for your convenience? Another complained that she wasnt allowed to adopt because they are active duty military. Duh! For good reason and sad you need someone to stop you from a bad decision that ends with the animal once again in a shelter, possibly a kill shelter. Volunteers are not perfect neither are you BUT they are at the very least trying to make a difference. Complaining like a spoiled child that didn't get their way is hateful and selfish especially when you do it to a non- profit saving pets! What have you done to help?”
“I was looking for a kitten/cat. Cat was 3 yrs old and needed a home. I adopted her and had her inside the house for 4 years. Cat became totally insane. Biting, paranoid etc. I kept the cat another year. Hung sheets on all mirrors and windows.
Adopt an Angel told me from the very beginning. If anything happens and you can't keep her, please bring her back we will always care for her They came and got her and it was scary.
Every time I went to the Vet. ADOPT AN ANGEL PAID FOR IT.
