“Really can't comment about much in the store because my order was curbside pickup of an order I placed online. Once they notified me my order was ready, i headed over, parked, and clicked the "I'm here" button. After 10 mins, i hit the "Im here" button again.....maybe they missed it the first time. After 5 more minutes, I went inside. The nice young man at the counter said he never got notification that I'd arrived and said the wifi had been in and out all day. It was a nasty weather day, so possible. He kindly carried my packages to the car and apologized profusely. Upon arriving home (10 minutes away), I noticed that one of the items I'd bought was cracked (making it unusable), so I called the store and told them I'd be back in 10 minutes to exchange it for a new one. When I arrived and went in, a girl was ready for me and handed it right to me. Overall they did attempt to make up for any glitches and were polite. I will go back and give it another shot!”

“My experience upon entering this store was awesome. An extremely nice, large, neat and clean store with lots of excellent food choices and large selection of treats and supplies. I was greeted by two friendly and welcoming women, one was a groomer, Sammi. I spoke with Sammi about pricing as my girl, Layla, needed her nails trimmed. The price was quite reasonable, which kind of shocked me because I found that the dog foods they carry are out of my price range, unfortunately. I make most of Layla's food because she is a somewhat picky eater. Anyway, I decided to go ahead and have her bathed, nails trimmed, ears and teeth cleaned to give myself a break. Sammi did an amazing job with Layla - truly the best job ever on her nails and wow her teeth look great. Layla and I were both happy when we left. I give 5 stars for Sammi. Sorry I took away one star due to the food prices being too high. Nonetheless, they treated me and Layla very well in spite of the fact that I didn't buy food or treats, there was no pressure of any kind. I am sure the food is excellent quality, and wish I could afford it fresh. It is not that expensive to make fresh food, so I have to stick to that. I also appreciated very much that they honored my request not to give her treats and she did not whine all that much. I am sure Sammi must have given her a lot of attention! Wow!.”

“They have such a large selection of treats and items for your furry friends. My dog has a food allergy and it's hard to find bison bones and treats as she is only allowed to have bison. They have such a large selection here and nowhere else in town can even compare to the selection.”

“I really enjoyed my experience here. My first time in i was greeted warmly. I live on the first floor of a luxury apartment and wanted to bird watch in the mornings. I had a vision of what i wanted but was unsure of where to start. I wish I remember the woman's name but i was helped from start to finish to ensure i had the right height stake, the right size feeder for the birds I wanted to attract, and the right feed as well. I got a fly through bird feeder and a stake to hang it from. I also purchased a large bag of sunflower seeds. She said give it a few weeks for them to discover the feeder before I can anticipate visitors. Took about a month, mind you it was raining for about a week and we are in freezing temperatures as it is the winter time as I write this. Once our first chickadees found the feeder, more birds began to come by for some seeds as well. My partner and I returned for a bird guide so we could identify which birds come by!”

“Have taken our doggies here as our previous place began having booking issues too far out. I have found that in Wilmington, you simply MUST book dog-trims out at least 2-3 weeks. If you're in a pinch for immediate appt's you'll be sincerely lucky to get anything same-week. This location was not our first choice, but has become my favorite!! The price is as-usual for the area, slightly better than the boo-gie 'boutique' places. Paula has done our doggies trim/bath the last 2 visits and she is WONDERFUL. She does fabulous trim work (we shave our pups) and I'm quite impressed at the lack of shave lines, it's actually hard to do that with larger dogs & especially our blonde girl when her coat shows everything. They are always prompt, my dogs are there maybe 3 hours, some of the prior places took 4-5 hours! The appointment text & email system is great too. Very happy we gave them a try!!”
