I stepped into the store for the first time on 4/17/26 with a varied set of needs and questions surrounding a cat I had recently rehomed in the area. The attention, relevance and care that Lacey brought to my situation was remarkable. We live in a moment in time where a felt sense of customer service is rare, and particularly meaningful. It accomplishes something that big business and artificial humanity cannot. I feel inclined to shop here personally, as well as encourage people in my life to frequent Aunt Kerry's, simply because it feels to be creating more of the world I want to live in. “I met the owner a few months ago who was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful regarding some questions I had about pet food. I recently moved to the area so I decided to sign up for one of their consultations for my cat. Zena, at the Landfall location in Wilmington, was exceptionally helpful and took her time to answer all my questions. They have worked with me through my cat's finicky tastes and we have finally discovered a new eating plan for her. I am so thankful for their knowledge and service! I am happier and my cat is happier!”

She did and inhaled it.

“A great resource for local bird enthusiasts. Plenty of feed options for any kinds of birds you'd like to feed, but the ladies inside will look at you funny if you tell them you feed any kinds of birds that aren't songbirds. They also close really early on the weekdays compared to other businesses in the area. If you work until 5, you won't be able to stop by until the weekend.”
“My pups love Bones! And I love Mary, the owner, who always takes the time to answer all of my questions about different products. She always gives multiple price points, different suggestions/solutions, and goes out of her way to make sure she finds the best products for my pups. Not to mention, her store is super cute! The staff, facility and treats couldn't be any better.”
“I do recommend this pet store but they were understaffed when my son and I were there yesterday. We waited and waited (almost an hour) for someone to come help get the budgie that we had picked out. Besides that, the store in neat and seems like it has great animals.”

“I was looking for a kitten/cat. Cat was 3 yrs old and needed a home. I adopted her and had her inside the house for 4 years. Cat became totally insane. Biting, paranoid etc. I kept the cat another year. Hung sheets on all mirrors and windows.
Adopt an Angel told me from the very beginning. If anything happens and you can't keep her, please bring her back we will always care for her They came and got her and it was scary.
Every time I went to the Vet. ADOPT AN ANGEL PAID FOR IT.

“Early today I had what started a a rough experience, and turned out to be a great one.
I ordered an aquarium ensemble along with a filter, heater and substrate totalling around 1K pre-discount. When i got it home it was missing the glass canopy along with the light. (Probably around 200-250 dollars if purchased separately. The manager Joseph was so incredibly kind and understanding of the situation. I came back assuming to be credited that value towards the light fixture I was planning on purchasing. (It was pricey as it was the largest light, its the size to fit my tank). Joseph actually fully comped the light as well as the glass canopy (which i was not expecting.) He said that it should've been there in the first place and took care of me for having to drive all the way back to complete my setup.
Needless to say, I was quite pleased with his handling of the situation. Typically I split pet purchases between Petsmart, Amazon and Chewy. After today's interaction, I will be giving Petsmart 100% of my business going forward.”
