Definitely will use them and would highly recommend.On 10/8 I just re-visited Leland storage after 5 months of service with them to empty my unit and to rent a U-Haul as I finally found my own apartment. I must say both ladies are awesome as always and have friendly smiles, accommodations,suggestions and service. Living in Las Vegas and on several occasions renting U-Haul I rarely receive the close nit satisfactory service as I have gotten here in Leland at this location and if and when I do buy my own home no matter where it’s at I will continue to use there services as well as refer others. “I am A 1st-Time Customer with PRIME STORAGE, and I must admit that our experience here has been extremely pleasurable thus-far.
Upon entering the facility, I was greeted by “Miss Kelly”, whom was very professional and Welcomely-Kind! I came into the location with a slight dilemma with our Move-In Date and she immediately deemed it priority to assist with resolving this issue…relieving me within some unwarranted stress!
I watched as she multitasked with skill, knowledge and professionalism within this business. What impressed me most, was how Kelly interacted with each customer of the (3) of us that were present. One being an elder… and the amount of “Respect” in which Miss Kelly, genuinely offered ALL of-us, but especially this lady = Confirmed that I chose The Right place to store our belongings!
The Unit and grounds, are always clean and The Prime Storage Team should be commended for that. I’ve personally witnessed Kelly, walking the property picking up debris, cleaning unit hallways and “going above & beyond”, in the earliest part of her work day.
As a former Manager and current Director, you wish for employees/team members whom yearn to learn within professionalism of the business or their job.Then there are those whom simply, “go above and beyond” and enjoy helping to make you & your business shine within success! I personally deem “Miss Kelly”, THAT EMPLOYEE/Team Member whom thoroughly “understands the assignment!”

“I have the highest compliments for the staff at AA. We were stuck in a huge rain event and needed to recharge our EV. We were treated with respect, offered refreshments and we were allowed to use their charger. I am sure that anyone dealing with this company will be treated very well.”
“Best rates around. It is clean. Best customer service! They have nice options for warehouse storage too with electric outlet included. The gate closed at 10 PM when I was renting it, but if you get locked out, there is a number to text to open the gate.”

They give you a gate code as well, so you can have 24hr access, compared to others that make you have someone let you in and out every time you come back. Whether it's an auction win or monthly rates, they have everyone beat.”
