“I've donated a lot to this store due to the fact that they use the items to help women of DV. Today when I dropped off some stuff I decided to go in and take a look. I was quite surprised at the amount of stuff they have in the store. I was able to find a few pairs of pants and some shorts which fit great. This place is definitely worth the shopping. Lots of clothes name brand even designer clothes and shoes. Beautiful wedding dresses too and so budget friendly. Lots of UGGs. Good selection of lamps for cheap too. Not much furniture. Volunteer ladies running the shop are super sweet. Check it out The organization supports women who have gone through domestic abuse. Shop here to support the cause.”

“Awesome items with very reasonable pricing. Staff could assist more with trainspotting outdoor merchandise inside. We purchased 3 outdoor chairs, an outdoor sink and a kids wagon with no assistance fr9m staff with carrying the items up the outdoor stairs for purchase or to our vehicle after purchase. We are 55+ in age and no one volunteered to assist.”

“This is my favorite Goodwill location! My family and I are regular customers. They always have good finds. The store is clean and organized. Better than other Good wills I have been to. We always get welcoming, friendly customer service. My favorite employee is the man with the cat ears. He is always so welcoming and friendly. I think he has such a fun personality, and his cat ears are so festive! Which is so refreshing. It is rare to find good customer service nowadays.”
“My teens love shopping at this location! The prices & selection are great and the store is always super clean & organized. If you look in the side door at the incoming donations section, it’s piled up to the ceiling. I imagine that’s why they are selective about what they accept as a reviewer mentioned below, but I’ve never experienced anything close to rudeness here. “When I lived in Wilmington, I loved going to Baker Street. Friendly, helpful and honest vendors. The owner was always friendly and willing to help.. I loved wandering through the shop. Sometimes it took two walkthroughs to see everything. I often found something …sometimes I was looking for just the right item and sometimes I found some treasure I didn’t even know I needed. Pricing was very very fair. Selection was ever changing. It is an amazing shop. Now that I live out of state, I still love looking at their posts and videos. We need a place like Baker Street here in Central VA. Maybe Baker Street Two.”
