“This place is in a great location if u need to drop letters/cards off. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Parking was a bit crowded but other than that, it was good.”

“Let me tell you! I had 25mins to make it to the post office at Hanes mall by 6pm before they closed. It is about 19minutes from my location, right. Google map had me go in a circle to get on highway 52 and wasted at least 1 minutes and 30 seconds. I’m laughing now because I made it at 5:57pm but I’m appalled that the directions, literally, took me in a circle; to get back onto a road that, I, technically live of off. I should’ve known but it never done that to me before. But thank you for your services. I used the services to capture my ETA and speed. Plus, it was during rush hour traffic but again thank you, I made it on time.”

“We had a package that was delivered but could not locate it. Called USPS support and opened up a case. Less than 5 minutes later David called us, gave us the exact description of where the package was left, and we were able to resume assisting customers with getting their devices fixed. Thanks to the driver for being so descriptive of where the package was left, but also to David for the call and relaying that information to us. Have never had a bad experience with this office and appreciate all of the help. Thank you all!”
