“Comes in handy for obvious things like returns and shipping but I rented a mailbox, being a student with multiple careless roommates, at least I know I'll get my mail. Only thing is I had to ask them to please leave small packages in the mailbox if they fit instead of a slip. I repair cellphones for extra money (they fit!!) Otherwise what's the point of paying more for a bigger one and them allowing 24hr access?? Hopefully they will because weekends are most my free time and they close early. Well after the owner emailed me, they will not do that and they're is no point in getting a larger box! Just. for looks and to make you think you're renting a tangible actual thing.might as well just rent people a number”

“Great job printing wedding programs. Elizabeth worked speedily to get them printed and folded immediately. There is an extra charge for expedited(less than 24hr) processing but it was worth it given my circumstances. The next morning I suddenly needed to add something to the programs and the manager worked with me to get them reprinted expeditiously and even discounted the price. I will definitely use them again and refer people to them.”
“I love the UPS store at Tanglewood Commons. The staff is friendly, helpful and kind. I always forget my keys to my box and they never complain but always help me get my mail no matter how busy they are. They’ve also helped me when I’ve accidentally had groceries delivered there by calling me immediately so that the food didn’t spoil. I don’t recommend shipping packages through UPS as the post office is way more economical but otherwise they’re great!”
“The employees in the printing department are amazing. There was a female and male employee who not only printed the 200 copies of a memorial handout I designed for my late husband, but she also personally tweaked and edited it to make sure I was happy with outcome, which they came out perfect, and on top of all of that, they folded all 200 for me. It took a lot of stress off of me as I prepared for my companion’s memorial. Thank you so much.”
