“We recently had an outstanding experience with Mattress Firm and especially with Brenden.
About a year ago, we purchased a mattress and over time noticed a hump developing across the middle. Since we don't use the mattress every day, we were surprised to see the issue arise. We stopped into Mattress Firm to ask about our options.
Brenden was incredibly helpful from the start. He walked us through the warranty process and directed us to the online warranty site. The process was easy to follow, requiring several photos from different angles that were uploaded through the website. Just three days later, we received confirmation that our mattress qualified for replacement.
When we returned to the store, Brenden took the time to discuss our options and helped us compare several different mattresses. While we could have replaced our original mattress at no additional cost, we decided to upgrade to a different model that better suited our needs and simply paid the difference.
What impressed us most was Brenden's knowledge, professionalism, and no-pressure approach. Before our original purchase, we had visited Mattress Firm several times, as well as another mattress retailer, just to explore our options. In the end, Brenden's expertise, patience, and customer service were what convinced us to buy from Mattress Firm.

It also has the option of inserting a leaf to extend the table for family gatherings. The other options they provide are also worth taking a look at, you will not be disappointed!
