If they don't have it they can get it pretty quick!

“While I have yet to go to the buisness (still very new to the area), the owner is a VERY kind gentleman. He took time out of his morning this morning to help me catch a loose dog in my neighborhood because he was driving by and saw I was in distress. That type of kindness is what makes the world a better place. I will definitely be stopping by to check out his buisness with my boyfriend!
UPDATE: We went to the showroom today and I was simply amazed at the selection of vehicles! All put very nicely on display and in amazing condition!! “My appointment was at 2:30 p.m. and asked to be called when my vehicle was ready for oil change and now it is 4:30. Bad service and when I called at 4:15 p.m. no one at the service dept. Would answer the phone. I was told that it would only be about an hour and half. They was not answering the phone on purpose. I talked to the manager and he was very helpful. Thank you Julia for your excellent customer service.”
“New ownership(local) has selected a solid team. Vehicle Intake was such a breeze but also very detailed and accurate. They took very detailed notes of the issues I noticed and work I wanted done. The tech called me with updates, inquiries, and even texted me pictures. He made his recommendations and I never felt pressured to approve any work I didn't want. During pick up the tech took time to show me the parts he replaced and installed on the car. I definitely left with confidence that my car was good to go.

“Talked to Caitlyn, AJ and Josh great experience with no pressure. I just called and sent pictures of my trade, they called me back with numbers after talking for minutes on the phone and texts we agreed on the price. Went Monday morning to pickup the vehicle. The vehicle was exactly how they explained. I filled out paperwork and was back on the road within 1.5 hours. I drove 2.5 hours to get a deal and would definitely do it again. “This place is great for finding a leak in a tire and working fast to get you back on your way. They are outdoors help but do a great job. They don't push you around or try to just take money. They really try to to help you. I had a dealer just recently tell me a tire leak I had was because my tire was old and worn out. Came here and it was a tiny piece of metal in my tire. They took it out and fixed it. Now back running great with no leak. Thank you so much!”

“My car got towed a few was ago.It was going to cost me 1,250 to get it out. But they cut me a break and let me get it forc1,000. But when I got down the road. It started leaking oil from the transmission cooler line, where it had been ripped apart. So I ended up replacing it. Luckily I k a mechanic that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. They were perdy good about working with me. These people were really good on letting me get it bak out tho.”

“As of monday 12-22-25.... my visit once again to hiester chevy-lillington was totally excellent. i need a lot of things done to my 2018 traverse..purchaed in may 2018...now with 95k miles...can't afford those things...but... i at least keep the oil changed...so i got that done...and every thing went well as always... excellent friendly staff... i've been coming here since i moved from MD. in late 2021...met julia then... there in service and she's been a shing star for me ever since!! if i ever could get a new vehicle by some wild miracle (blessing actually)...i'd 150% get it from hiester. i've referred 6 people over the last 4 years to come there and they did buy trucks and suv's..!! if i ever had a shot...i'd want to order a red 2026 suburban RST with the 6.2L...(hopefully with no engine issues)...but no way can afford that... lol.. but thanks again hiester chevy for another great experience. for a 70 year old geezer... you guys treat me well!! merry christmas, happy new year to all!! joe”
