“This is my ONLY go to stop for parts in Lincolnton!! The other parts stores SUCK!! The only thing I wish is that they would actually pay good to keep the people they have now, alot of good people have worked there but left for greener pastors but I hope they will keep the people they have now!! NO I have never worked for advance auto but that is my only stop in my hometown but sometimes I go elsewhere when they have non smart people working there but PLEASE keep the people there now and pay them to stay!! They are amazing to deal with and they know what they are doing!! PLEASE MAKE IT WORTH THEIR WHILE TO STAY!!”

“I had looked for months for a Jeep truck. I had called local and looked at having a vehicle shipped. I was ready to buy by the time I called the dealership. Katrina showed discernment and realized that urgency to purchase. Hence, Katrina perused getting the information for me and almost immediately I had my requested info. Because of her readiness and professionalism in communication, we made the 3 hour drive and bought the vehicle by 6 pm that evening. Katrina is a beautiful person inside and out.
When I got there, Marcus my sales person and the finance manager, Jose, were amazing as well. They actually sold the Jeep for what it was listed online. No hidden fees like the local dealership, Hannah Imports of Raleigh had, and the out of state dealerships I had called. The Jeep was the model listed, not like the surprise I got from an import dealership, Best Cars Of Georgia. When they sent over paperwork for me to sign, model did not match the online listing. The model was lower than the model listed and I only realized close to point of purchase when dealing with them. No astronomical dealership fees here at Abernethy. The paperwork was as easy as possible at Abernathy. 20 minutes and that was because I was so sceptical and cautous. They truly work as a team to be fair, honest and professional. The one downside was not having my plates before temps expired. That stressed could have been prevented I believ, as we went and got our temp state licenses within a week and sent immediately.”
“Awesome team working at the Lincolton auto care Walmart. My car spontaneously did not want to start back up right before my tire appointment and the technicians were very helpful with possibly finding the cause to why and mentioned to me it was probably something to do with evap and got it running by pressing the gas when cranking. Even though they couldn’t entirely fix it, at least got it running and gave me an idea of what it could of been. No codes came up and they made sure it was not my battery or air filter. Tires were placed on in an hours time for 3 tires (1 had been replaced before my this, about a month or so earlier and was the same brand and type, but that singular one cost more at white tire center in newton and white tire didn’t bother to balance it either.) Walmart techs made sure the tires I bought from them were balanced. All this wonderful service only cost me what was expected of them and I really appreciate them for all their help. I noticed that since i’ve had my tires done I experience less shake while driving on the highway so they helped fix that issue . I have still yet to align them, but walmart does not offer that service to my knowledge at least.”
