I had a 9 am appt and as soon as I got there they pulled my car right in. They didn’t leave my car hanging out there all day without looking at it which was a problem with the other place I took it to. I will be going back for all my repair needs.”

“I had looked for months for a Jeep truck. I had called local and looked at having a vehicle shipped. I was ready to buy by the time I called the dealership. Katrina showed discernment and realized that urgency to purchase. Hence, Katrina perused getting the information for me and almost immediately I had my requested info. Because of her readiness and professionalism in communication, we made the 3 hour drive and bought the vehicle by 6 pm that evening. Katrina is a beautiful person inside and out.
When I got there, Marcus my sales person and the finance manager, Jose, were amazing as well. They actually sold the Jeep for what it was listed online. No hidden fees like the local dealership, Hannah Imports of Raleigh had, and the out of state dealerships I had called. The Jeep was the model listed, not like the surprise I got from an import dealership, Best Cars Of Georgia. When they sent over paperwork for me to sign, model did not match the online listing. The model was lower than the model listed and I only realized close to point of purchase when dealing with them. No astronomical dealership fees here at Abernethy. The paperwork was as easy as possible at Abernathy. 20 minutes and that was because I was so sceptical and cautous. They truly work as a team to be fair, honest and professional. The one downside was not having my plates before temps expired. That stressed could have been prevented I believ, as we went and got our temp state licenses within a week and sent immediately.”

“I work here , great place to work , as far as unloading and getting loaded, unloading takes place in the early morning hours, loads are preloaded for carrier's to come and pick up as soon as they are loaded , this is a warehouse, not a public store, they distribute to tire dealers nationwide, shipping office at main building closes at 5pm , then from 5 to 6 am next morning, Shipping is at the secondary building where Drivers are greeted by security. My only problem is to the drivers who stay overnight, don't block our way out by parking lot by parking in the driveway, at the second buiding entrance of lincoln county parkway ext ,some of you drivers need to know you just can't park anywhere you like, there's a truck stop two miles up the road, off star town road exit.”

“My wife had a flat tire when she went to leave for work. I brought the tire here to put air in and check for a puncture or leak. They were really busy when I arrived but checked the tire and fixed the leak within 5 minutes. They will be my go to for my automotive needs just because of the awesome customer service”
“They seem to not really love their job, the guy was doing his job with a turtle's pace otherwise the staff is great and I have my favorite Terry Cohen cashiers to talk to when checking out but the ones in the Tire Center can be a pain in the rear to deal with.”
