One of my favourite ingredients shop. Buying ingredients to make ointment, sheet mask, clay mask...etc. The only bad point is long product preparation time, usually takes 10 days before shipment.

Love the products but shipping has been horrible. Placed an order on Dec 17th and still has not arrived. I am told it will ship next week so I will likely get it one month after I placed the order.

I love the quality and selection. I hate how long it takes to ship out and get to me. Some companies I buy from, I get my order the same week. This company 3 weeks I have waited. Formulator Sample shop employ more help. This is ridiculous.
