“I came in without an appointment and was told it should be fine and not take that long. Well I guess someone had to go home because an hour later I was told my car still wasn't checked in and it would be another hour before it is as theres now only 2 technicians working. I was upset but the best employee I've ever meet at a Walmart, Gideon, personally went out of his way to help me out and was able to check out my battery for me. I just was so relieved! Thank you Gideon because without your help I think this would have been a 2 star review!”
