    Jonathan was super helpful in switching from my old carrier to Specteum Mobile. My old phone had a ton of photos and messages and it took time and problem solving to upgrade to a new one! He was diligent in fixing the issues and finding the correct phone for what I need. He was the upmost professional! Highly recommend!
