“Prior to visiting Lake Gaston we sought out opportunities for our kids to go tubing. Adam was very responsive to get us on the schedule and clear on what to expect.
Once we finally were able to set a date and time we were greeted with excellent customer service, friendly staff, and a boat captain, Stuart, that really connected with our kids.
We were only here for a quick tubing trip but I'm confident their service and customer experience is a standard that extends across all their services.”
