“Absolutely outstanding. Took a Subaru Forrester in that had an Automatic Transmission warning light. Keith did the diagnostics and pinpointed the problem to be the transmission valve body but warned that it could be the entire transmission. He strongly believed that given the complexities with CVT transmissions that it needed the dealer to run diagnostics. The dealer confirmed Keith's analysis and advised that this was under warranty. It is very impressive to deal with someone who knows what they can fix and where they need help from someone else. I walked away impressed with his ability to diagnose a problem and more importantly total faith in his recommendation on how to fix a problem.”
