My 2015 Dodge Challenger was hit from behind by someone who took responsibility for the accident. This was the first time my car had been damaged. I had always taken excellent care of it and hoped to get at least another 5 or 6 years out of it.

Initially, it seemed the car might be declared a total loss due to its age and high mileage, a prospect that caused me significant anxiety. Having recently retired, the potential expense of purchasing a replacement vehicle was something I needed to avoid. Fortunately, Mike advocated strongly on my behalf, successfully persuading the insurance company to repair my car based on its well-maintained condition and true market value.

Despite considerable damage from a rear-end collision, their skilled technicians restored my car to brand-new condition.
