Matt initially looked at the Tahoe, took pictures and identified all potential issues. His wealth of knowledge is incredible and impressive. During the process they both kept me informed with the insurance process and the repair process. I had a couple of extra requests for upgrades and services (me paying for them) and Matt graciously accommodated.
