Auto Parts in Mount Pleasant, NC

“I was referred to Matt by a family member for some car maintenance for scrapes on the passenger side of my car, and I’m so glad I went! He provided amazing service from start to finish. He was very friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions, which I really appreciated. I felt comfortable and learned so much about my cars prior detailing. I’m very satisfied with the service I received and would definitely recommend Matt to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy car service!”

“I had a nail in my tire after my tire pressure sensor came on, so I stopped by expecting to just have the tire repaired. Not only did they quickly plug the tire, but they also changed my oil and even noticed my driver’s door was creaking and took the time to fix that as well.

I really appreciated the attention to detail and the care they showed for my vehicle. It’s rare to find a shop that goes above and beyond like this. The customer service was excellent, and I left feeling confident my vehicle had been in great hands. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back for future service.

A special thank you to Glenn Jones for taking such great care of my vehicle. Your professionalism and attention to detail were truly appreciated!”

“Always very friendly and knowledgeable. I actually gauge other auto parts stores by this one and am consistently let down by other stores in comparison. Great job, Mt. Pleasant NAPA!”
