“I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I drove around all day trying to find a replacement charge port for my Samsung Galaxy phone and four places didn't have the part in stock and two couldn't even order it. I called Smart Phone Repair and spoke with Mohammed who told me they actually had the part in stock. We rushed over and met with Ken, who let us know they not only had the part, but they had 3. They were also the cheapest quote. Ken had it repaired in less than a half hour and I couldn't be more happy with the service and repair.”

“The manager worked tirelessly for two and a half hours to help me with understanding my account. He took the time to answer all my questions. However I did purchase a tracker that I cannot get set up on the tlife app. And for some reason wasn’t allowed to disconnect one of my lines in store or find out why my customer service was no longer being handled in the US (it was moved to a third world country that dropped ever call)! or why I generally had a hour and a half wait time for the call to be answered by AI then dropped before the problem was solved. The manager seemed to validate why I was frustrated with so much of my time wasted on waiting for calls to be answered but said nothing he could do about my help being moved outside the USA ( he told me that was very unusual & that it generally is in the USA)and why I was getting such poor response other than the fact of where my calls were directed (outside the USA). My husband’s line is still being service in the USA. I can’t understand why a manager of a store where I bought the service, a phone and a tracker,that is two additional lines ,only a few months ago can’t help me get this corrected. They can sell and hook you right up with sales but cannot disconnect anything or help you get better customer service outside the store hours. His hands were tied by company policy. He was charming and a pleasure to talk to. However resolution for my problems we lacking to say the very least. Evidently Other than self help on the tlife app and or hours of my life wasted on the phone are the only way I can resolve this situation. It is sad that ai and automation is the new customer service for corporations.”
