“I wasn't aware this store has a pull off area and high-pressure fuel for trucks. I was having mechanical issues with my truck and went inside to order food while waiting for the mechanic. (The grill closes at two pm.) I met one of the cashiers, Kat, who was very supportive of me and my situation. She made my visit more than just a visit to a store, her compassion turned it into a comforting experience that helped me calm down while worrying about my truck. I appreciate the store being well stocked and clean. I will now make this a regular stop to support when I am in the area.”

“Always clean and friendly, can tell the owner takes pride in his business.
Also, the price is the price. No sign trickery with fuel prices like the two gas stations down the road.”

“It’s 11:30pm my bf and I are finishing packing because our moving truck will be here in 12 short hours. Unfortunately, right as we were getting into a groove and really getting things done, we ran out of tape.

What the hell are we going to do? Walmart is closed, EVERYTHING is closed. I miss 24/7 Walmart.

Anyway, I turn to google. I’m completely willing to drive as far as I need to to get some damn tape. Google says this store is open 24/7 and I decided to go immediately. It’s a long shot but it’s worth a try. We get to the store and start looking. We ask the female cashier if she has any tape. I specify that we need packing tape. She walks around the counter, looks to the left and right and comes back to the register and says “no.”

Right as her pants caught fire I notice a pegboard with a whole damn row of tape. Masking tape, packing tape scotch tape. Like, all of the tapes. So we go to the pegboard and grab two rolls of heavy duty packing tape. I can’t believe they had packing tape at this gas station convenience store. Very convenient indeed! I’m a happy customer!

However, I can’t stop thinking about the lady at the register. Why did she lie to me? Why did she look right at where it was and say “no.” I am a strange combination of grateful and perplexed. ?”
