“The parking for semi trucks and trailers is awesome. It is very widely spaced. You don't have to wake up in the morning with another truck in front of you. Other truck stop parking lots are packed in like sardines. I'd highly recommend Sheetz.”
“Last year we were on our way to Pennsylvania and were pulling our 6x10 enclosed trailer with our suv. After pulling up a pretty steep hill on 77, the engine temp started to go up, then I noticed what looked like smoke behind our vehicle. I pulled to the shoulder and shut it down, lifted the hood and was antifreeze all over the engine compartment. These guys were Johnny on the Spot. The towed our suv and trailer to the service station, after dropping us at a hotel. (It was about 5pm I think). They must have gone right to work on the problem, because I got a call at 8:30 the next morning, and the guy said, "are you ready?" and I said what do you mean? He said, "your all set." I couldn't believe it. They had it all repaired, picked us up at the hotel and we were back on the road by 10AM. The repair was very inexpensive. They replaced the thermostat and broken thermostat housing.I can't praise them enough. Dobson Citgo is FANTASTIC!”
“I live a mile away. Great people, good inspection service and some mechanic work. But look at the photo - there are NO gas pumps here and NO grocery. Don't get off the parkway low on gas and expect service. If they are open I think they will help you, but this is not a full service station.”

“The woman behind the counter of Circle K #3368 in Dobson NC, Monica, helped me out of a pickle of a situation. My family had inadvertently left me stranded thinking I was in the back seat of their vehicle. I did not have any personal possessions on me, including my cell phone. Since I did not have anybody's phone number memorized, she allowed me to use her cell phone to google the phone number of my sister's business; then called my sis so that she could get hold of my family who drove away! She looked after me offering me a seat, etc until my family could backtrack on the highway to pick me up. Big thanks to Monica for her generosity and compassion! It was a tale of a story and likely difficult for her to believe at first. Plus, I was wearing my black N95 mask, lol.”
“These kids are fantastic. I took my rental SUV in for a quick diagnosis because the engine light came on. Within minutes, they connected the reader and identified the problem. In the end, there was no charge for me or the rental agency.”

This BP is more than just your average gas station and convenience store, as not only is there a Dairy Queen inside and a decent bathroom to boot, but the store itself is larger than what you might expect, and given the location, there is an entire wing of the store dedicated to the town of Mayberry from The Andy Griffith Show!
Lots of different themed merchandise and shirts can be purchased that are related to Mayberry and or the show, and I most certainly got one for myself!
The location of the store is also rather convenient as it is immediately off of Interstate 77!”
“Went to Stone Mountain to hike, my tire pressure light came on, drove here to get air. The nice lady checked my tires and filled them with air, because she said the compressor knob was finicky, while sprinkling rain. I mentioned not wanting to get stranded at the park with a flat tire (no service), before I left she gave me the store number and her person number and told me to get the ranger to call and they would come help me if I had a flat when I came back from hiking. You don't find nice people like that anymore! I will definitely support Pro stop in the future!”

“We stopped in a few weeks ago to get gas while driving a U-Haul during our move to Virginia. Unfortunately, my husband accidentally locked the keys inside the truck while we were fueling up.
I can't say enough good things about the entire staff. From the cashier to the manager and everyone we spoke with, they were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful during a stressful situation.
A special shoutout to Devin and Blake, who went above and beyond to help my husband get back into the U-Haul. It was late, we were exhausted from moving, and their willingness to help made all the difference. Their kindness, professionalism, and positive attitudes turned a frustrating situation into a memorable experience.
