“We tried ordering new phones/service online with AT&T (switching from Verizon) and our order was really messed up. We finally resorted to visiting a store after we had no luck with customer support via phone. Trayvon greeted us as soon as we walked in the door, listened to our issues and worked through them. It took almost 2 hours but he was patient, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend doing business with him if you’re in the market for a new phone or cell provider.”
