“Switched over to Fifth Third roughly 3-4 years ago and it has been nothing but a great experience. The branch manager, Serenity, is quite possibly the nicest person and is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is always quick to help with any problem I am having and always has a smile on her face. The tellers there have also been phenomenal as well. Great group!”

“Stopped in this branch to get some information about opening an account and some CDs. Robert was very friendly and helpful.I took off one star because they dropped their share rate 1/2% day before I was ready to open 75k with of certificates, even though Robert told me rates were not going anywhere yet. So I just went somewhere else. Its a shame, I really was looking forward to working with them.”
