“I called this morning and asked to come in without an appointment to open accounts for my kids. The man on the phone said I could but when I arrived I was told I needed one. I relayed that I had called and Sean allowed us to come in. I did not expect to be in and out since I didn't have an appointment but Sean and Erica were kind and helped us out. 2 other branches in the Hickory area wouldn't pick up the phone and a 3rd one told me we couldn't be seen until next week. I'm so grateful for their help and kindness!”
