“I purchased a beautiful chesterfield style leather sofa through Horchow/Neiman Marcus. After about six years the front wooden frame rail that supports the seating area started to sag. The sofa was very well cared for and never abused. Horchow said that they didn't offer any warranty and directed me to contact Old Hickory Tannery directly. After some emails explaining the situation, Old Hickory Tannery agreed to have the sofa shipped back to their factory to inspect the damage. They offered to rebuild the sofa at no cost! We now have the sofa back and it's absolutely in perfect brand new condition. I don't know of any other company that would have done this on a six plus year old sofa. They obviously care about making very high quality beautiful furniture and value customer satisfaction. My next piece of furniture will be from Old Hickory Tannery.”

“We were in search of a top quality power assisted loveseat and our local preferred furniture dealer pointed us at Reflections In the Hickory Furniture Mart. The sales staff were excellent, low pressure, listened to our poor description of what we had in mind and identified exactly the right piece. Reflections carry a wide selection of quality brands and there were several contenders that caught our interest. We added the ‘white gloves’ delivery and set up service provided by J&L Furniture Services who operate from the Mart. Delivery was ahead of schedule and set up perfect. This was our first trip to the Mart and it won’t be the last. The Himolla (German) loveseat is a great companion to our Ekornes Stressless (Norwegian) recliners. We are very pleased.”

“I was shopping for a new recliner for my sister who has Dementia. I happened across Simply Home in the Hickory Furniture Mart. Being my first stop, I was in no rush to buy.
Salesperson Luda showed me several recliners and one brand (Best) had the best option for someone in my sister's condition and in leather (needed for memory care facilities).
Luda showed me the various leathers offered and the pricing for each.
I departed and checked a couple of other stores in the HFM but returned to Simply Home. They had the best price and options for my needs.
I ordered the chair and made the deposit.
Luda explained the entire process to me and followed up periodically regarding shipment of the leather from the source to the US factory and more updates as the chair neared completion.
She made this a very pleasant buying experience with her knowledge and periodically production updates.
The chair delivered today and my sister loves it.

“My two couches, including the foam, frame, springs and fabric, show zero signs of wear after 8 years, six preschool grandchildren, dogs, and daily hard use. They are HEAVY and really, really comfy! Being able to customize size, firmness, and fabric means we just love them. The price was better than many lesser-quality sofas, and I expect them to last my lifetime, and then be re-upholstered and used again by another generation.”
