“Headed to Asheville from Charlotte for Labor Day weekend on Friday at 1:45pm the car started making a grinding noise before we got on I-40. Thank goodness for these guys. We stopped by and the guys were able to get us in, assessed, parts ordered and replaced. Got new back roaters and brakes for a fair price. Would consider driving 45 mins from home to come have these guys work on our cars. Great shop.”

“Wemt in today for an allignment and brakes. Told about an hour. They had it done in 45 minutes.. the speed was incredible, skilled technicians and mechanics! Car runs better than it did whem brought in. Highly recommend it. Mechanic who did it was james and Joie the store manager was amazing and kept communication and updates to let me know what was happening!

But the biggest thing was he actually cared about helping me which is something that is a lost art now a days when you go to shops to have vehicles serviced. He has earned a customer for life!!!! “As a woman I hate going to get my car serviced. At Butch’s I always feel comfortable and respected! They never try to sell me on something not necessary. Joey has actually towed my truck from an accident after I was hit head on; he made me feel comfortable and walked me through the process. Since then every time I go Joey services my car and always takes care of everything. 10/10 would recommend!”

“Efficient, professional service. As a statewide franchise, Black’s offers professional assistance with most all auto needs. We have utilized the Southern Pines location for auto service. I’ve chosen to purchase tires at Black’s so that warranty and routine maintenance can be done at their statewide locations.
** Having said this: 48 hours later, my tire pressure monitor showed a low pressure in the left rear tire. Living 90 minutes from Black’s Tire- Hickory; I was forced to visit a local tire shop. They kindly examined the tire, noted a faulty valve core and replaced it- no charge! In contacting Black’s; I was told the valves were replaced with new tires. Since there was no charge, all was settled, but it gives pause to buying tires at a location far from home.”
“The staff at Newsome tire have taken care of me for close to 25 years, And then I moved 5 years ago and had to get another mechanic. I mourned that more than my doctor and dentist! Lol
Well, I have a 12-year-old car, and it was making a horrible vibrating/rattling noise for about 2 years. Went to 3 other mechanics in my local area, And none of them could figure out what it was. Over $1,000 later... And because I have such faith in the newsome guys, I decided to take a day off of work and leave it with them. And sure enough, they discovered the reason for it. So silence is bliss in my car now! And they didn't even charge me a cent! And they had my car all day. Tommy and the staff are fabulous!”

“Had a problem with a transmission sensor that they diagnosed and repaired. I sent an email about it and they followed up next day. Took it in the following day and was fixed later that day. Awesome! Followed up with an oil change and tire rotation. 45 minutes and reasonable price. You do need to make an appointment but compared to my dealers schedule I'll take it. Will be visiting again. Thanks!”
“This tire place is the only one I can get into on short notice. Bill, the Manager is a CAN-DO attitude. Jonah, the tire repair guy, did an exceptional job repairing a flat tire and checked my tire pressure in all tires. This Mr Tire store is exceptional compared to other tires stores in the area. “Made an appointment to get my tires balanced and rotated on my Dodge Ram 1500. Here's my take:
1. Staff is competent courteous and professional. Shaun in the check-in was great.
2. They did good work. Tires seem very well balanced. I checked a few of the lug nuts and all were within 5 lb of spec.
3. Making the appointment was a waste of time. I've done business with several Discount Tire locations over the years and it is always 1.5 to 2 hours. Made the appointment this time and no different. They just put you in the queue with everyone else.
The appointment thing is the only reason they didn't get 5 stars.”
“I work here , great place to work , as far as unloading and getting loaded, unloading takes place in the early morning hours, loads are preloaded for carrier's to come and pick up as soon as they are loaded , this is a warehouse, not a public store, they distribute to tire dealers nationwide, shipping office at main building closes at 5pm , then from 5 to 6 am next morning, Shipping is at the secondary building where Drivers are greeted by security. My only problem is to the drivers who stay overnight, don't block our way out by parking lot by parking in the driveway, at the second buiding entrance of lincoln county parkway ext ,some of you drivers need to know you just can't park anywhere you like, there's a truck stop two miles up the road, off star town road exit.”

“First time here. Very pleased with the service. TPS said my left rear tire was low got up to a left front tire flat. I guess the last place that rotated the tires didn't reset the tps ?. The guys rotated the tires and reset the tps. Just wanted to give a big thumbs up.?”
