“I have to say it is sad when a previous employee gets on Google Review and tells lies about a business to try and hurt that establishment because they are a disgruntled employee. The Hot Spot employees work extremely hard to make sure the customers get fresh hot food and get in and out of the store in a timely matter. They go out of their way to try and make customers happy. If you buy food and you live 30 minutes or more away from the store then evidently it’s not going to be as hot and fresh as when you first purchased it, that isn’t the stores nor the employees fault. The store is clean and well stocked and the prices are reasonable for a convenience store. And if you have an issue the Hot Spot is more then willing to address the situation and take appropriate measures to correct it.”

“I came here VERY worried about my car that I have been driving alllll over the US with. I messed up my car, and these VERY amazing and kind people helped me when they didn’t have to. Adam and the very helpful young lady behind the counter. They got me in and out very quickly, were very professional and polite and truthfully went above and beyond explaining what was wrong and the work they did. “Convenient location attached to the Huddle House across the street from the rest area. This location has diesel and usually is well maintained unlike other BP's in the area. Also has a Cash Points ATM. Staff has always been happy and smiling no matter when I've been in to pay. Solid gas station not much else to say.”
