“A near 30+ year institution in Murphy. They always get in some very decent quality items. It also serves a valuable place in the community because for the longest time if you couldn't afford Ingles, you could go to SavALot or Walmart. Gradually Walmart drove their prices up, so people on limited income could get food from SavALot or UGO. We're lucky to have this one, I just wish it was still on US-64/74 W in the original location(Unemployment Agency is there now). The current location was Bi-Lo”

“Love this place!!! The service is always great. Their Mayfield Whitehouse cherry vanilla ice cream is the absolute best! Whenever I'm up at Tipton Creek visiting friends, I do not hesitate to take the thirty minute drive down the mountain daily for three scoops and a waffle cone.??”

“I shop here often. They have a wide variety of food and common household needs. The staff are always friendly. If I should ask anyone which aisle an item is on, they always volunteer to lead me to it. I may occasionally need to visit Walmart for an item, but Ingles is so much easier to navigate. And Ingles always has cashiers available to check me out - which I prefer over self checkout. And the bagger ALWAYS asks if I need help getting my groceries to my car. That extra kindness is much appreciated. I usually answer "I don't need your help this time, but thank you for asking."”

“I called this store about 8 pm on a Monday evening. Shannon, the mgr, answered the phone. He was AMAZING! His customer service and knowledge of his business was impressive, to say the least. I was transferred to the deli where Melody answered all of my questions about the Thanksgiving dinners offered this year. If it wasn't such a long drive (from the Houston area) this would be MY store. Outstanding team in this store! Keep up the excellent work!”

“Great place to do groceries and have lunch. My husband and I were in the area for 10 days and we had lunch there twice. Salad bar is excellent and you can also buy things from the deli or the hot food bar. With the prices, being what they are having lunch at Ingles is a great value. Comfortable eating area is clean and well-maintained.”

“A nice little grocery section for picking up Mexican food items, like beans, masa harina, ingredients to make tamales, etc. The only thing missing, for me, was Mexican Coke (Coca-Cola, glass-bottled in Mexico).Not familiar with their menu, I decided to try gorditas this time. They were as filled as could possibly be and excellent. I’ll try something else next time, to learn other foods - will definitely be back!”

“My husband and I love Dollar General. We do most of our grocery shopping at DG. Being on fixed incomes, the big chain stores are just too expensive, and Dollar General fits our budget very nicely. I would hate it if we didn't have our DG. Also, the people that work there are so nice, and that is a big plus in my book.”

“They have a very good selection especially in produce I like their produce there are you looking to get good produce. And they're meat not bad either. Generally they're helpful and when you buy stuff there you get points to redeem for so much off of them gas that helps a little bit too”

“I love doller general, the only problem is that people are so darn lazy nowadays that they just want to keep sitting home and collecting unemployment so a lot of business do not have enough staff so the shelves aren't always packed but the prices are great and the few people that work at the two I go too are very nice. They even have to close early somedays or not open at all other days because of lack of staff, what has this world come too too smh, the laziest generation ever! But for most household things , food , pet food, anything really it's my favorite place to shop and I save so much money because the prices are awesone!!”

“This Dollar General is fine by me. My sweetheart and I walked in and greeted by a dude named Sage. He walked us to what we needed with a smile. Sage would not leave until he made sure we walked away happy.I didn’t find this Dollar General lacking in any way.Keep up the good work, Sage. We will be back up that way soon in need of tooth paste and Fruit Loops.”

“Haven't left a review for a Dollar General before, but this one is worth the time to write. I assumed it would be the usual DG, so hadn't visited before. We are pleasantly surprised by how much is in this store. It even has home goods, many coolers with cold drinks, many $1 items such as candy and snacks, crafts, a grocery section including produce, ice, pet food and items, and the usual DG goods for home and vehicle.It's helpful to have a store this well stocked in Andrews.There is a sign at the register with contact information of the district manager, who wants to know of any problems.”
