We took the car here to get a new battery, and not only did they help us find a battery, they spent a generous amount of time helping us install the new battery (cuz nothing can be a quick and hassle free replacement with our car ?) these guys were so nice and helpful, they didn't even have to help us put a new battery in but they did anyway. And, they have an adorable dog so that's even better.”

“Limped through Marshall on my last leg 12/15/2023 moving from MI to Florida when my car had me stranded with virtually no money, and no support. Ponder moved me into the front and had my subframe repaired enough to make it and on the road within an hour. They could tell I was struggling and repaired my subframe and motor mount enough to get me to Florida and then some. Didn't even want my money, when I pressed to make it right they said 75 bucks and that was just for pushing half a dozen customers back to get me in. I will forever be grateful. If your in Marshall and need a general mechanic stop into ponder in a block from the courthouse. They are the best!”

Since they didn’t have the correct battery for my BMW, Gary ordered it and told me that it was going to be in the following morning by 7:30am.
The next morning, I got there and this time I had Ruben assisting me and insisted that he help me change the battery at their location.
