“I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Iris, the store manager at Pineville Best Buy. She was absolutely incredible. The store was super busy when we came in, but she still took the time to walk us through every appliance we were considering. You could tell right away how knowledgeable she is—she explained everything in a way that made sense and helped guide us to the right choices.
What really stood out was how patient and attentive she was. Even with everything going on, she made us feel like we were the only customers in the store. It’s rare to come across that kind of service these days, and it honestly made the whole experience so much better.

“I had a great experience at the Matthews Township Parkway T Mobile in Matthews NC. Expanded Charlotte NC area.
Dwantae showed me plans and answered all my questions pertaining to my needs. He also helped me pick out the plan I needed based on my needs.
He converted my service from Verizon to T Mobile. He was very patient and completed the conversion very quickly.
I have had T Mobile for a week now and have had great coverage and service.
I will be recommending Dwantae and T Mobile to everyone.

“This location is pretty big and renovated. I did come on a Saturday, so it was quite BUSY, to say the least. Parking was full, but I was able to snag one almost at the front. There is a big parking lot so there are plenty of spaces to choose from. Inside was pretty clean but just so much traffic. The makeup section was picked apart and crowded, so I just opted to stay away. Other than that, it is a great location and has a variety of things and is well stocked. I would try to avoid going on weekends as it seems it's always so crowded when I go on weekends.”

“It’s a cool place to try your luck. They should make the big table a 10cent table at least and ummmmmm one of the cashiers need to ??????It doesn’t take that long to empty tables and cash out tickets!! Waiting 30 minutes or more for your money is ridiculous and it kills the vibes!!!”

“Okay location. Always has gas, stable, and reasonable prices, pumps always work fine and never have to go inside. Store sells snacks and everything you'd expect from a 7 Eleven. Can be a pain if you're heading north on Providence road, in and out is also a pain during rush hour. Aside from that, great spot.”
