“My amazing BMW had a subpar audio system that severely lacked bass. The guys at CA installed a Memphis 12” sub and sound dampening material to help minimize the car rattling on the outside. This changed everything. Now it sounds awesome. Still more rattling than I would prefer but there’s only so much you can do about that. Very professional team, fair prices and great service. Highly recommend these guys! Thanks CA!”

“Called in with a TV problem and got an honest answer about my options. (in this case I needed a new TV) No sales pitches, no back and forths just a clear answer. Really shows the integrity and pride in their work that happens here. I don't know if I'll be buying a TV here (If I do I'll update this review) but I know they will for sure be on my list after today.”

“I was looking for a Black Series Darth Vader helmet and could not find it at any of the locations within 100 miles. But the system kept showing that the Matthews location had only one left. So I drove 40 minutes only to be told that if it was not on the floor, it meant it was sold. The young man was a bit rude and seemed bothered that I asked questions about the product. So, I left. I forgot about it and resumed my search a couple weeks later. Once again, I was being told Matthews had the helmet. I called the store trying to figure this out. A man by the name of Mike decided to help. He went to the back of the store and searched for what seemed like 25 min. All the while, Im on the line hearing him move boxes and telling me to bear with him. He finally found it! Turns out, it was on 2 day hold since 2022! He set it aside for me and it took me an hour to get there. Mike went above and beyond. Such a nice fellow and I'm happy Gamestop have people like him. Mike is awesome. Thanks Mike!”

“We went for a Pokemon drop last Friday and the management team did an outstanding job. Especially Louis, he made sure people were organized and everyone got a fair chance to buy the products. They organized the checkout process as well. Best drop ever. I shop here all the time and it’s the best target around. From stock to the team of target it’s always a fantastic experience.”

“After getting locked out of my company, phone and my company contact directing me to hit the verizon store, I ended up walking in at about 12:20pm and was greeted immediately by Annette. She asked me why I was there?And I told her that I was hoping to get some help even though I already knew what the outcome would be with my phone being on a corporate account. Although she was not able to fix my issue because it had to be fixed by my company, she at least got me access back into my phone and was very patient while I worked through communicating with my company for info. Everything she told me was accurate and I appreciated her upfront and honest demeanor. Annette took charge, was no nonsense, professional, patient, firm, respectful and more than willing to help. We need to clone her for customer service roles everywhere.”

“This location is pretty big and renovated. I did come on a Saturday, so it was quite BUSY, to say the least. Parking was full, but I was able to snag one almost at the front. There is a big parking lot so there are plenty of spaces to choose from. Inside was pretty clean but just so much traffic. The makeup section was picked apart and crowded, so I just opted to stay away. Other than that, it is a great location and has a variety of things and is well stocked. I would try to avoid going on weekends as it seems it's always so crowded when I go on weekends.”

“I bought a iPhone XR there and it was just perfect I forgot the name of the lady that helped us but she was very nice she gave me my case half price because it was my birthday but the only problem I had was when I got home and I checked the phone box there was no headphones and there was no charger adapter there was only a charger cord so my stepdad had to go to Walmart and get me the adapter but I never got the headphones imma call them and get my headphones”
