“Quality of work is great. Looks like it was installed at the factory. However, we didn't have a good experience with the installation process. We dropped off the vehicle at 8:00am as instructed. We were told that they would send us progress reports, which never happened. Before 1pm we received an email showing the paid invoice and thanking us for our business. We falsely assumed that meant the work was done. When we arrived at shop, we were told that it was in calibration and would be ready in 30 - 60 minutes or by 2:30. We ran some errands and came back around 2:30. We were told again that it was being calibrated, and it would be done in 30 to 60 minutes. My husband decided to wait for it. When it wasn't done by 3:30, he called the main contact number and was told that it showed being done in their system. However, it wasn't ready until shortly after 5:00pm. If it weren't for this aspect of the process, we would rate it higher.”
“I whole heartedly agree with those who gave Dakota the highest rating of 5. I went there thinking my daughter needed a new battery for her Toyota but Dakota put the tester on it and said “ you don’t need a battery”. He didn’t try to upsale me something I didn’t need. His honesty makes me want to come back and I have already told a circle of friends the story and to patronize this store. He said what I needed was the cleaning kit because of the residue around the top so I bought it. Then he went above and beyond to clean it for me.”
