“What a shining experience I had here...my first after driving by it for over 25 years and finally going in for some jewelry repairs on old family treasures long tucked away and now unearthed for their resurrection. I couldn't have been more positively impressed by the storefront, display case contents and immediate friendly greeting upon entering...but what impressed me most was the quality and friendliness of their highly competent and knowledgeable staff (Mollie was so awesome!) and the metalsmiths working in the back--made public via closed circuit television with four overhead screens so you can watch their artisans at work. “This is the place to go! I made an appointment for my birthday at a different salon to get my ears pierced and they ended up canceling on me when I was pulling up to their store. I called like 15 different piercing places they couldn’t take me today and when I called Krazy Kats She took me right away and was so sweet and respectful even walked me through why none of my previous piercings were healing correctly. Everyone should go here for their piercings!”

The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the booking experience and the website in general. The process is a little tricky and yes you do have to book in advance. If it weren’t for the website I would give the experience a 5/5.

“Great service and wonderful people. I love my ring, that was made from my mums rings. Only issue we had was communicating. When I approved the ring design they claimed they didn't get the approval. That could have been an error on either end. But as we were in no rush it wasn't a big deal at all”

“I came for some waist beads after a google search and showed up to find that this is a custom jewelry/ bead shop. Super cute and expansive collection.
They have types of beads, charms, clasps, wires… even real crystal beads. Which is what i came for.
I opted into having one of the employees make the waist beads for me. It is finished with a gold clasp and smaller gold finishings. Enamel, but they offer different types.
I would definitely recommend this place and will be back!!!”
“Today was my first time visiting this store. I just needed a battery change for my watch. I was very impressed. I received quick and friendly service. Less than 5 minutes and he had a new battery in my watch. Very nice people to deal with. Lots of pretty jewelry. They also had old money (bills) and silver coins which I enjoyed looking at. I recommend highly”

Love it.2 - I had Mario buff and clean my Submariner. He did an amazing job. Looks like new.3 - I also had Mario repair the movement and clean a vintage Longines watch that was handed down to me from my Grandfather. “Great product selection and very clean. It’s large for a smoke shop and includes other items outside of that. You will find here clothes and jewelry as well. Managers or shift leaders though need to work on their social skills. I feel very rushed and bombarded if I’m in longer than 10 minutes. Mind you this is a larger store you cant see everything as soon as you enter. The cashiers on the other hand are very nice and will try to get to know you through small talk at checkout and they are the ones keeping me coming back.”
