“Always a great time at the Neighborhood Theater. Lots of shows are general admission, standing room only. At my age, I always pick shows that have reserved seating.
Several good restaurants within walking distance. Some free parking in the area but plenty of paid parking available. Pick a show and go have fun!”

Would recommend again.Walkability: They had a path for HC scooters to enter the rose garden from the parking lot.Food & drinks: chicken was super tender.”

“Went to the Belk Theater to see the Lion King! It was so amazing & emotional. I've wanted to see this play for over a decade & it didn't disappoint. The staff was the best; they operated like a well-oiled machine. We were able to pay for parking at the theater & drive right out afterward with no delay! Will return to this venue!”

“We went for a wedding recently and it was pretty awesome. The food was good. The staff was a little stressed at first but tried extremely hard to keep us all happy and things running smoothly. The wedding planner Lindsay was awesome. ? By the end of the night, the staff were relaxed and having a good time with the rest of us. The property is beautiful, and the amenities were classy and on point. Really enjoyed it. My only complaint was that the wedding seemed to end a bit abruptly. It would have been nice to have an extra hour of food and one more for dance at the end of the night. I was told that may have to do with state law, having to close early but not sure if that is factual or not. Perhaps consider starting the wedding a few hours earlier if that is the case just to make sure the bride and groom get their money's worth. Overall, though, it was a truly memorable and wonderful experience.

“A spectacular hotel with far above average service. Very clean, comfortable, beautiful, conveniently located, surrounded by dining and entertainment options.
I would like to commend Yvette, Matthew, Angelica, Chris, and Kala for their truly outstanding service. I have been frustrated with the hospitality industry post-pandemic because it has simply gone downhill and no one cares anymore. However, Kimpton Tryon Park and its staff stand out as a shining example of modern hospitality at its finest.
Traveling on business, I had some large packages delivered to the hotel prior to my stay which were needed that afternoon, and unfortunately upon check in, they were no where to be found, despite their tracking numbers indicating they had been delivered. Yvette, Matthew, Angelica, and Chris spared no efforts to track them down and ensure we were able to move them to their needed location in time. It seemed like they truly cared about us and our needs (even though they were busy and had many other things to do) and for that, I cannot thank them enough. Please recognize and appreciate them for their service.
Kala noticed that I had my hands full of complimentary coffee one morning and rushed out from behind the desk to push the elevator button for my floor. It was so thoughtful and kind, I could not believe it.
The staff at Kimpton Tryon are very special. I have not seen a hotel run like this in a very long time. Kudos to the management, brand, and all of its exemplary employees who clearly take pride in their work. You are one of a kind.”
“The Charlotte Tattoo Convention was held here . Nice layout. Restrooms were clean. Staff was very helpful and polite. Concession stands were well organized and booths were nice as well.”

“We always have our annual company christmas party here and it's always a great time. It is located in the heart of uptown, right in front of the City Center Marriott Hotel. The parking deck is actually off 4th St. Right in front of Pearl Dentistry. The place is always decorated beautifully and with a great venue room. Beautiful views of the Charlotte skyline. It was always a great time.”

“We had our daughter's birthday party here and it was great. Communication was clear and they were very accommodating of additions and answered all questions patiently. The girls (princesses) got a mani-pedi, facial (aloe vera mask), light makeup and a new princess dress to change into (which they get to keep) completing the makeover. The girls couldn't stop admiring themselves in the mirror after the makeover. ? There was a fashion show with bubbles and confetti which the girls loved. The package also included a formal sit-down dining (and lots of food options). I highly recommend Pretty Princess Play Palace. They took care of everything and the girls had a great experience!”

“Everything was great except: when the AC turns on the it blows on the bed headboard and on our heads. The vent needs to be redirected.
Also, on Saturday morning, about 7:00, I heard a leaf blower. I looked out our 4th floor window and saw the person using it the blow off the parking lot. While my wife and I had been awake for 15 minutes, what about the customers that had a late night and were hoping to sleep in. If it was a contractor, they need to be talked to. An employee, the same thing.”

“Amazing Team-Building Experience at Bowlero!
We recently hosted our team-building event at Bowlero, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience! From start to finish, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that everything went smoothly. The atmosphere was fun and energetic, which really helped to bring our team together.
The bowling lanes were well-maintained, and the food and drinks were excellent, providing the perfect setting for bonding and team camaraderie. Everyone had a fantastic time, and the event exceeded our expectations. Bowlero provided a great balance of fun and relaxation, which made it easy for our team to connect outside of the work environment.
We would highly recommend Bowlero to anyone looking for a great venue for team-building or any other event. We look forward to coming back again!
