“I have been on the fence about switching pharmacies lately. Rachel Jones at the Mebane location completely changed my mind today. She cared, she was courteous, and she provided a solution. It is easy to work in this kind of field and be so overwhelmed that customers become numbers. I was treated like an actual human being today. Rachel deserves a raise and honestly if she isn't already in some sort of management, she should be. I was so grateful for the time she took today. CVS needs more Rachels! THANK YOU FOR ACTUALLY CARING!!!!”

“One of my go to gas stations mostly due to the convenience for me personally. I will say with all the road construction it can be a little tricky getting in and out of there right now. Thet usually have a good "get upside" discount. And hey. It's close to Tanger if shopping is your thing. McDonald's close as well.”

“The coffee is hot and terrible - borderline undrinkable but the bathrooms are clean. The whole place was recently cleaned and smelling fresh. Store layout was hangover friendly with plenty of Pepto and painkillers right near the registers. Decent drink and snack options. 4/5 patrons experienced a cashier that lacked southern hospitality but would return again despite the prickly service. Good place to let a dog stretch their legs.”

“I’m surprised at some of the reviews. I actually really like this CVS. Yes, sometimes it is busy. Yes, sometimes they are restocking and things are everywhere. Yes, I imagine they probably aren't bending over backwards for everyone or they wouldn't get their jobs done.
For me, personally, I've never had any issues with the pharmacy. My doctor sends in the prescription and I call the automated system later to check when it is filled before going to pick up. There are times it is busy and some patients need a lot more care and guidance than others, but I've never had anyone be rude to me. If anything, they might not have long chit-chats because they are busy.
Even at the front, the worst experience I've had is waiting a bit. There is a specific person at the front that takes a lot longer ringing people up than others, but it seems like she is trying to take her time and do well.
I guess for me the worst thing is parking and traffic. A lot of times people that pick up at the drive-through pharmacy block the entrance/exit and it can back up into the street.”

“I need to get past my phobia of gas station grilles. I dropped my car off for service and needed a quick breakfast, and nothing was open within walking distance except Tommy's. Walked past this place twice before finally deciding to check it out. The coffee and SE&C biscuit I had hit the spot-- I was honestly surprised by how good that was. And the prices were beyond reasonable. I Highly recommend Tommy's. Might grab another coffee once my car is done. ?”
