“I need to get past my phobia of gas station grilles. I dropped my car off for service and needed a quick breakfast, and nothing was open within walking distance except Tommy's. Walked past this place twice before finally deciding to check it out. The coffee and SE&C biscuit I had hit the spot-- I was honestly surprised by how good that was. And the prices were beyond reasonable. I Highly recommend Tommy's. Might grab another coffee once my car is done. ?”

“I stopped at Smart Shop #7 by the Shell gas station during a 9hr road trip. When are you coming in off the highway all you really see is the sign for Marco’s Pizza and the BP gas station but I went to the Shell gas station.
The Smart Shop bathroom was VERY well kept and it was a unisex bathroom so that is saying a lot. It was actually spotless. They also sell crispy crunchy fried chicken here. I noticed that the chicken pieces were laid out in a perfectly aligned matrix. Someone in the store has some sort of OCD that I am celebrating. Who organizes chicken legs, wings, thighs, and breasts, in perfectly aligned columns and rows that are evenly spaced??? I think the small attention to details make a big difference and tell me something about the diligence of the store employees. The chicken actually tasted wonderful— it was crispy, perfectly seasoned, and not overly greasy. I got the two piece with a honey biscuit. The people behind the counter were incredibly polite.
I was very impressed with this gas station. It was an unexpectedly pleasant surprise during my long trip. Kudos to the employees!

“One of my go to gas stations mostly due to the convenience for me personally. I will say with all the road construction it can be a little tricky getting in and out of there right now. Thet usually have a good "get upside" discount. And hey. It's close to Tanger if shopping is your thing. McDonald's close as well.”
“Clean, well-organized convenience store that’s fully stocked with everyday necessities. They have snacks, chips, nuts, quick breakfast items, cold drinks, milk, and a great beer cave with many varieties of beer. Also carries motor oil, over-the-counter medicine, and an ATM inside which is very convenient.
Surprisingly, they also sell quality cotton T-shirts in sizes Small to 6XL. The staff is professional and friendly, the store is family-friendly, and everything is neat and organized. New gas pumps outside make it a quick and easy stop for fuel, drinks, snacks, and essentials. Definitely a convenient place to stop.”

“This is a great New Shell Gas station. However, this gas station is located in front of Lowe's and not across the street where this pin drop shows. This Shell gas station is supposed to be where the Smart Shop gas station is.”

“The coffee is hot and terrible - borderline undrinkable but the bathrooms are clean. The whole place was recently cleaned and smelling fresh. Store layout was hangover friendly with plenty of Pepto and painkillers right near the registers. Decent drink and snack options. 4/5 patrons experienced a cashier that lacked southern hospitality but would return again despite the prickly service. Good place to let a dog stretch their legs.”

“The IHOP well all I can say if ur paying cash u will or won't get change! Took forever on just scrambled eggs, a meat, pancakes. The actual store,hallway,restrooms are clean. Did not shower here due to just getting food and kill some timefor 3 hr break, laundry room was actually quick with a load, cause we all know the dryers are always the problem but they actually worked like suppose to!! So overall if it wasn't for IHOP would got 5 stars. That service there will kill this trkstop”
