“They have the best sketchers for my feet. 10 wide. Soft and the prices are well worth it. I buy two at a time to get the deal. The staff was helpful and even helped my get a coupon at the register to take $20 off the total. They didn't have to do that. It speaks volumes to go to a store these days. Because everything costs more and that's the new normal. But for them to help me save $20... it was very nice to have something extra in my pocket. Unfortunately I wasted it at the way back burger joint near by. That food was disgusting and oily.

“My son and I stopped by the Nike store on our way back home from a visit to NC. We were specifically looking for basketball shoes as he recently made the team. Kyle and Cam were incredibly helpful and the epitome of excellent customer service. I'm not sure if they work on commission, but you could tell their service to the customers was genuine. Kyle took the time to make sure my son didn't just try on shoes, but patiently talked about what to look for in a shoe based on the sport and position he would be playing. Cam was also excellent and was eager to give friendly feedback and advice. I would gladly drive the 2.5 hours to the outlet again next time we need shoes, just to have this experience again. Great job, guys!!!”

“I just want to start off by saying staff and manger in that store were very helpful. I was in the store July,13 2024 which was yesterday. My kids and I were shopping for shoes when a foreign family came in. They were throwing shoes on the floor, when the nice cashier asked them to pick them up they rolled there eyes and ignored her. They kept pulling shoes off , throwing them on the floor, and would not pick up there mess. They tried on what seem like every shoe in there clearance with out putting them back! My son almost tripped. The lady asked several time very nicely to put the shoes back and they kept ignoring her and pulling more shoes off. Once they were done, they proceeded to the register and start to argue with the cashier, about “how rude” she was when she asked them nicely. It was oblivious that they were the ones being rude. The really nice manger stepped in to help calm the situation down. They continued being rude and disrespectful. I usually don’t leave reviews, but seeing these people leave a horrible review for store is disgusting and disappointing when they were nothing but nice, polite and very helpful! I hope they get better customers because those ladies did not deserve that nor did they deserve the one star reviews left on here. Do better people! I will be back again next time I need to crocs to shop at a awesome store with an awesome staff! If you haven’t been check them out!”

“I went back and forth on four or five stars. Some of their coupons don't coincide with their deals they run, or the $10 off rewards coupon we earn, and that, specifically, really upsets me because it's supposed to be like cash. The restrictions on their rewards program is stupid. But, I'm still a loyal customer and fan, which is the reason for the five stars.”

“I'm just getting to the review, but Vans of Mebane, I'm so proud of you. I thought I was going to skate my way through that little Tanger city. Vans always has a great selection, but I'm gonna be honest. The service provided was kinda weird. The sales assistant helped me with a shoe and took some tape as if she was getting some DNA on the low.. Cool, please find my long-lost family.. We'd be a good fit for a Vans commercial! Now head on over to this store and get a nice fit..”
