State Employees' Credit Union has employees who are extremely helpful and thorough. The credit union offers an array of products and has well-staffed locations. Customers can donate their $1 month checking fee to the charity foundation. Although the savings/loan rates are not as good as online banks, they are better than many big banks. Some customers have experienced issues with the ATM, but overall, the credit union provides a positive experience, making it nice to bank with a local credit union. The staff, including those at the Mebane location, are great to work with in setting up accounts.

Had an AMAZING experience with Mr. Jeff today. Mr. Jeff had explained that he has been banking for over 30 years but is newer to the branch, but he did everything perfectly!
