“I set up a few different accounts with my father - I'm a state employee and he was eligible to join thru me. Their savings/loan rates aren't as good as online banks but better than many big banks. They do have an array of products, and you can donate your $1 month checking fee to their charity foundation. This location was well staffed, and Debbie was great to work with in setting up our accounts. It's nice to bank with a local credit union, so we're very happy to bring some of personal finance here.”

“I was part of the unfortunate troupe that was spun off after the Suntrust-BB&T merger. I needed a copy of my February 2019 and 2020 checking account statements, which I no longer have online access to, for a loan application and I didn't have time for Customer Service to mail them to me. I went to the Mebane branch, which is now the closest Suntrust to me in Hillsborough, Tiffany printed them for me and had them ready in 45 minutes! Saved me a lot of time and frustration! “I have had my small business account with Fidelity bank for a little over 8 years. They had some of the best terms for small businesses which is what drew me to them, but their outstanding customer service is what kept me there. Heather, the branch manager, and all the ladies that work at the branch in Mebane are friendly and professional. They are always quick to answer any questions I have or to help me with anything I need regarding my account. If you need a good bank for your small business or personal accounts, I would highly recommend giving them a chance.”
