Some of their coupons don't coincide with their deals they run, or the $10 off rewards coupon we earn, and that, specifically, really upsets me because it's supposed to be like cash. The restrictions on their rewards program is stupid. But, I'm still a loyal customer and fan, which is the reason for the five stars.”

“@michael Thomas I was there the day this man was in there harassing my wife and kids to get him a second pair of the McQueen shoe. When the ladies at the register told him he couldn’t get another pair because he had bought more pairs at another mall the ladies kept it nice and professional they just told him he could get another pair. He left the store and proceeded to get on the corner of banana republic and started soliciting me and a couple other people to get him the shoe for him. Bc he said he was re selling them. And that’s when I went back to the store and told the ladies hints to why he got security called on him. This store is amazing and handle that well. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! They are so helpful and it sucks that people like MICHAEL THOMAS make those ladies job so hard.This crocs store is by far the best store in North Carolina!! They always keep the store clean and well put together. Customer service is always A1 no matter how busy it is. And even when people are creating trouble they still are amazing and polite!!!”
