“Coming from a city and to living in Zebulon, this bank's staff is friendly and has an abundant amount of patience. This being one of 2 larger banks in the area definitely explains why they may be so overwhelmed with customers. When I stopped in, I noticed only a couple of tellers and the line was so long. The service I received from Dawn was definitely welcoming and exceptional. She was juggling dealing with customers standing in line and assisting someone like me, looking to open a business account. I was amazed at the foot traffic and the limited staff in the building, and thankful that I was able to get serviced.”
