“First time at this branch or Truist in general. Arrived around 3 on a Friday the day after a holiday. They had a long line inside and the Banker was with another client. Once Dawn was done with that client we asked if she was available to open a Business Checking account. She was super nice and professional. She was able to help us as a walk in. Answered all of our questions and we were done relatively quickly. We'll adjust this review as needed but so far we are very happy”

I was quite nervous because this was the first time I had opened a new account in 24 years. Banker Landon Bishop was amazingly patient and kind with me. His calm manner helped me relax and focus on the questions I had prepared to ask. He answered my questions clearly and assisted me in learning how to use the technology to access my account online. His friendly and professional manner reassured me that I did not need to feel embarrassed about asking questions. Banker Bishop’s knowledge was solid and consistent throughout our interaction.
