“I love this bank. Employees are great!! The branch manager and assistant manager are the most helpful bank employees I’ve ever met. They always have time to help you it doesn’t matter if it’s 2 minutes from closing they will stay and help you with no attitude and rushing. Anyone who says otherwise are very inpatient and just all around impossible to deal with. I’ve seen both of these managers deal with out of control clients and manage to stay polite and professional.”

After I left she called me to tell me one more detail about the question that I asked her. She was so nice. So far, I have been to this bank a handful of times and everyone has been so helpful and polite and always eager to help. Thank you for all you do.”

“This Bank of America's place on the map is either duplicated or what ever. All I know is that it's above my pay grade. I think this branch is in North Carolina somewhere. That is the best I can tell. The pin ?? is located on Highway 64 just as you head to London, Arkansas.”

“Coming from a city and to living in Zebulon, this bank's staff is friendly and has an abundant amount of patience. This being one of 2 larger banks in the area definitely explains why they may be so overwhelmed with customers. When I stopped in, I noticed only a couple of tellers and the line was so long. The service I received from Dawn was definitely welcoming and exceptional. She was juggling dealing with customers standing in line and assisting someone like me, looking to open a business account. I was amazed at the foot traffic and the limited staff in the building, and thankful that I was able to get serviced.”
