“After my terrible experience at Monroe Tractor Supply, I came to Midland and glad I did. I retold the experience to the associates here and they sprang into action. It started with Ashley who was an absolute ray of sunshine. She smiled and welcomed me to the store and asked how she could help. I advised that I needed a 5x8 trailer. She immediately processed the order and got me connected with Keith. Keith was an absolute rock star. He was invested in me as a customer and immediately got me hooked up. He got me the drop hitch and tow ball I needed along with a lock. I didn’t have the tools to put the ball and hitch together but Keith grabbed some tools put it together. I needed to wait on Keith for a quick second after that so he could run and grab other things. While I waited Von approached and double checked with me to make sure Keith was still helping me. Keith came back and asked me to pull the truck around. He brought the trailer down and walked me through everything I needed to know about the trailer and connections. He understood the mission when I got there and he executed. The team here is absolutely amazing! Monroe can learn a lot of things from this team! Thanks Keith, Ashley and Von, y’all made me feel at home!!!”

“I would have to have to say the one in marshville North Carolina. It's very clean and not always friendly as I'd like it to be. But you know everybody has their bad and good days so I'm not going to judge him on that. If you ask for help I have to say Dale to give it to you and they have what you need prices. I'm not going to discuss right now the way the prices are but it's really great”
