“This is the kind of place I go to all the time, but every trip is so ordinary that I don't think to write a review. Need a propane refill? Check. Replace work gloves? Check. Battery and charger for Makita? Check.
The smartphone app is easy to use to order products for pickup or to let them know you're at the store and need a propane refill.
What got me to write this review, though, is not something ordinary but something extraordinary. For some reason, a large box that was supposed to go to my home in Mocksville was delivered to the Tractor Supply in Mocksville. A TSC employee searched and found my wife's phone number, called her, and got me reunited with my stuff. Nice work and greatly appreciated!”

“Anthony the store manager is amazing! He goes above and beyond to help customers. He helped me exchange an item that I had, it broke, and I desperately needed another one! He called another store to find it in stock and had them hold it for me! That is true customer service going above and beyond! Every employee I have encountered is also amazing, helpful and happy to be there which makes the shopping experience enjoyable. The store is neat, clean and organized which makes shopping easy as well! I highly recommend this location and store!”
