Completely blown away from the excellent customer service. I was there for a while, due to having to unlock my credit... I totally forgot it was locked. Lol. Also switching 4 phones and adding internet.
The things I saw from the customers ranged from nice to complete buttheads who were rude and did not think anyone else mattered.
The team handled it all with grace and not once made anyone feel uncared for... they literally blew me away with their customer service experience I have not seen in years... especially not in this area.
Shout out to them all. Lauren helped me and not once did she make me feel rushed or that I was inconveniencing her at all, super nice and helpful, she was extremely patient as well... Marcus, I think, the manager, had his head on a swivel... focused on his team's needs and assisting where needed. Calmed one lady down, who came in and was so rude to one of the reps. Rude is being way nice. She left with a smile and hopefully ashamed of her own behavior.
If anyone is tired of just being a number, or would love to have a customer experience that once used to be what was expected.... check them out....not only are they awesome the service they offer is awesome as well.
