The Country Veterinary Hospital

I’ve used this vet for years. Never had any issues, pricing is clear (I always ask what is optional and they are upfront with that) and the staff is friendly. They tried saving one of our dogs lives a few years ago after developing IMHA that no one could have caught, and although they were unsuccessful, they did everything they could. I did switch vets recently to be closer to our home, after being a bit off-put by whomever handles their responses to negative reviews. I hope they continue to work on this in the future. Wait times can sometimes be long (I’ve waited almost an hour to be seen for appointments, though not often, and the benches are quite uncomfortable). Overall, I believe the Doctors here are very good at what they do and are professional and I thank them for the 5 years of care we received.

Dr Dan is not only knowledgeable in his profession but also brings in a genuine warmth with his constant smile.He takes time to explain everything in simple, easy to understand terms, which makes the entire experience reassuring that your pup is receiving the excellent care.i would highly recommend Valley Animal clinic even for people in Charlotte who are willing to travel for a good care.

Tami and Mike have always taken such great care of our dog over the last few years! This past fall, when we had to travel abroad for several months, they graciously took Bella for long term boarding while we away. This was a very emotional ad difficult time for us being separated from her for over three months, but they took wonderful care of her, frequently sending us photos and videos of her, and truly living her while we were on the opposite side of the world! I was finally able to pick her up yesterday, and I cannot sing their praises enough! 5 out of 5 stars!!
