“Big thanks to Mocksville Animal Services! A dog escaped from his owner last week when they were taking her to the vet. The dog ended up on my family's property and she was showing up on our trail cameras for several days. After posting on Facebook and calling the vet, we found out who the owners were. Officer Straney went out to the property and set a trap in front of one of the cameras. He returned to release a raccoon that ended up in the trap, reset the trap, and then ended up catching the dog. The owners are so happy to have their pet back. Thanks Officer Straney!”
“Cute little feed store. They still have that home town feel unlike all the big commercial stores. He brought out my feed and loaded it in my truck himself, without me asking. Individual customer service that so many of the big companies no longer provide.”
