“Used the self dog wash, the hot and cold don’t have a mixer so it’s VERY easy to burn yourself and your dog. Barely turned the hot and used more cold and it shot burning hot water onto myself and the pup. Swapped to using only the cold water.
Bring your own brushes, but they provided shampoo and conditioner and towels!
Love this store, just sharing for safety and awareness.”
“The service was superb! They were very helpful with decorating the cake I ordered for my pups first birthday. I ordered the peanut butter and banana flavor and all the dogs loved it! There was plenty to go around with some left over to put in my freezer for future treats. I highly recommend!”

“Excellent customer service. I walked in and asked the cashier if they had a certain brand of dog food. The store did not carry the brand I wanted but she recommended similar products. Once I got up to the register I didn’t have enough money to get everything I wanted from the store, ( There were so many great things for dogs there I got carried away) the cashier saw me put things back and decided to let me have a toy for FREE. This is not an experience you can get at a PETCO or a PetSmart. 10/10 experience. Ceasar (my dog) and I really enjoyed the products.”

“A huge thank you to Assistant Manager Casey for going above and beyond and helping me find non-prescription low sodium dog food for my senior dog who is now in congestive heart failure. He has been prescribed a liquid medicine that tastes awful so I called asking about low sodium canned food to hide it in. She not only found what I needed by going online to research the sodium content but also gave me the print out of the information with options for not only their store but other stores in the area. My dog ate his food w/ the medicine mixed in with gusto!”
