“Every time I drop by they are super sweet and have great products for my doggo.Today at practically closing time after a long day at work I ran in to grab a toy and a special treat for my fur baby’s gotcha day. The staff was so nice to let me grab the things even though they were closing out the registers. Ollie loved his treat and is walking around the house with his stuffed rainbow unicorn alpaca toy and squeaking with joy ?”

“I have had my bird for 9 years and never liked the people who did my birds grooming. Today was the first time I brought him to Jackie and she was AMAZING!! My bird doesn’t really like other people but she spent time with him and made him comfortable with her and did a great job grooming him! I will never take him anywhere else. They are great here! I am so thankful I found them. Great place and great people!”

“All my friends told us the worse part of a chicken coop is the constant cleaning and smell. So we did much research and came across the deep litter system for our beloved chickens. The thought of no needing to clean the hen house for a year or two sounded amazing and there was one way to truly find out if it's true... pine shavings was a no go plus I'm allergic to pine. Hay or straw was also a no go got nasty mushy quick and you can smell the ammoniaThen comes the hemp...what a miracle. LOVE the smell of it nice and fresh...LOVE how absorbent it is...but most of all LOVE how it does not smell after months of use!!!!! But not all hemp is the same. We tried different ones and not only are they expensive the quality is not the same. American Hemp LLC quality is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I included picture on our deep litter hen house after putting some more hemp on top of the exciting hemp. You will have to do research on how it works since there are a couple of way to do the deep litter and how to understand the process...but this project is the BEST. THANK YOU”

“I absolutely LOVE this store! I only wished they would put one in Walkertown! I'm a kindergarten teacher, and I have to grocery shop on a budget. This store has such amazingly good prices. It is not a big store, but you can get a lot of your groceries here. Their bakery section has the most incredible croissants! Don't let me start on their salmon and the variety of low cost cheeses this store has. When they have a sale it is truly worth going. Come on Lidl, PLEASE build a store in Walkertown!!!”

However, a couple of issues gave me pause during my visit.My primary concern arose when I purchased a Zoo Med humidifier, only to discover later that it didn't work. Comparing prices, I found the same product brand new on Amazon for $74, while I paid $80 at Let's Pet for it used. It would be great to see Let's Pet align its prices more closely with online competitors to offer customers better value for their money.To compound matters, the humidifier I purchased turned out to be faulty. Rectifying the situation required an additional $10 payment for a functioning replacement. While technical glitches can occur, it would be beneficial for Let's Pet to implement thorough quality checks on electronic items before they hit the shelves.The inconvenience peaked when I had to wait for the replacement humidifier. Timely exchanges for defective products are crucial to customer satisfaction, and I hope Let's Pet considers ways to expedite this process in the future.Despite these hiccups, I want to highlight the positive aspects of my visit. The service was excellent, and the staff's friendliness and willingness to assist were standout features. The variety of animals and products also made my time at Let's Pet enjoyable.In conclusion, Let's Pet offers a pleasant shopping experience, but there is definite room for improvement in pricing transparency and quality control for electronic items. With a few adjustments, Let's Pet could easily become a top-notch destination for pet enthusiasts.”
