“It's been helpful when we're on this side of town and need to supplement an item we're running low on.
Selection is limited, but staff have been friendly.”

“If you like birds, then this is the place for you. All your bird seed and feeder needs will be handled. The nice worker hooked us up with an epic mother's day rig. Highly recommend.”
“4K9 doesn't just sell dog food, they are excellent at finding the right food for your dog's needs. There is a vast variety of quality dog foods available.”
“Love the bakery. I love the specials they run in the bakery. And the delicious whole loaves of artisan breads but the pretezel buns and pastries. But my favorite thing is that sell Gelato. Yum. Last night we got a container that had Hazelnut, Strawberry, Chocolate, and Vanilla. It was delicious. It is the one store where I can always count in finding a good Gelato. The problem is that you never know what the flavors will be.”
“Excellent service, whether in store or curbside. And I love the delivery, it has been especially wonderful during Covid and other health issues. My pup knows when we park there, is very excited and goes immediately to the end of the counter and sits for a treat, lol.”
“Excellent customer service. I walked in and asked the cashier if they had a certain brand of dog food. The store did not carry the brand I wanted but she recommended similar products. Once I got up to the register I didn’t have enough money to get everything I wanted from the store, ( There were so many great things for dogs there I got carried away) the cashier saw me put things back and decided to let me have a toy for FREE. This is not an experience you can get at a PETCO or a PetSmart. 10/10 experience. Ceasar (my dog) and I really enjoyed the products.”
“All my friends told us the worse part of a chicken coop is the constant cleaning and smell. So we did much research and came across the deep litter system for our beloved chickens. The thought of no needing to clean the hen house for a year or two sounded amazing and there was one way to truly find out if it's true... pine shavings was a no go plus I'm allergic to pine. Hay or straw was also a no go got nasty mushy quick and you can smell the ammoniaThen comes the hemp...what a miracle. LOVE the smell of it nice and fresh...LOVE how absorbent it is...but most of all LOVE how it does not smell after months of use!!!!! But not all hemp is the same. We tried different ones and not only are they expensive the quality is not the same. American Hemp LLC quality is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I included picture on our deep litter hen house after putting some more hemp on top of the exciting hemp. You will have to do research on how it works since there are a couple of way to do the deep litter and how to understand the process...but this project is the BEST. THANK YOU”
“Limited variety for dog/cat but i did find some food that my dog enjoys and seems to of be good quality. If you like birds, they have a real lively bunch inside and a friendly bird who will tell you goodbye on your way out lol”
“Quaint little PetSmart that has pretty much everything I need for my pets. I just wish PetSmart in general had marine animal options. Otherwise it's a great little store!”
“Knowledgeable, Caring People. I had to use the doctors at PetSmart or I should say Banfield to put my beloved cat down. (Hanes Mill Rd)They were so incredibly kind and full of love and empathy for my cat. They helped me through a very hard process and made it beautiful because she was no longer suffering. Thank you so very much Doctors for helping me during this very difficult time. You went beyond kindness and caring.”
“We recently bought 2 guinea pigs here. I believe the young man that helped us name was Lucas, he was so knowledgeable and helped us so much. We will definitely be back!”
“Got a very sweet puppy for a therapy dog. Fit right in and is perfect for the family. I am adding 7 years later. This dog has been the best companion ever. Great for what I needed. People don't understand what they can get and save from these places. They need happy homes. It makes me want to help the ones that need the extra time.”

“Loved taking my two big dogs here for a bath! Owner was super friendly and helpful, and the arrangement made bathing a breeze! Well stocked for shampoos and conditioners, working dryers for the dogs and ramps and stairs that made getting them in real easy. Grooming tools were provided and were extremely helpful! Pricing was very reasonable, considering all that you get with the washes. They didn't even mind that we turned the place into a furnado with our super hairy puppies. We will certainly be visiting again.”
