“The lady in shipping is very friendly and helpful. I was about 4 hours early for appt so it took about 3 hours to load but I was still out before my appt time. It's about an hour load time if your not too early. This ss a hand load but they are well organized”
“Drop and hook, no issues. Everyone was friendly and professional. The only downside is that you have to drive to the back corner for the trailer lot and office. Not a big deal.”
