“Looked for several months for a specific vehicle/options package before seeing online that Traywick had one in stock. Price for the condition/miles was the best in a several hundred mile radius. Adam sent over a Carfax ASAP with no sales pressure, etc. Had a minor emissions-related issue with the vehicle after purchase that Ronnie had taken care of with no hassle - communicative during the repair process and handled quickly to ensure I would have the vehicle for a trip planned just before Christmas. Solid dealer, would do business with again.”

“My best friend & I had planned a girls trip with her girls & my daughter to the Biltmore for almost a year. They flew in from out of state and on our way my car died on the highway. The guys at this location made sure we could be located and picked up. One guy gave me his personal number in case so they could locate us safely and in case anyone strange approached us. They sent a van to get us in no time. The guy that helped us at the office was super fast getting us into a vehicle & even something nicer than we expected. When I had to return it early and ran into issues with the call center (because of language barrier- I assume it was located in another country), they called on Monday and credited some of my rental for my trouble. I wish all car rentals (especially in airports) were as helpful & customer focused.”

“For our family Christmas Road trip to see family we rented a Toyota Sienna minivan from Scott Clarke Toyota Rental and found the experience to have been top shelf. While waiting to be served by a representative I noted from in store signage that you could rent what seems to be any Toyota for just about any purpose. Extended test drive or for even date night.
We were driving to NY and found the milage allowance on the Sienna along with its hybrid technology a plus. While we opted to use our insurance I overheard a representative outlining the availability of purchasing insurance as an add on.
We were able to pack several pieces of luggage with interior cabin space to spare. Renting this Sienna was one of many elements that made our Christmas Merry!
