“I’ve rented several vehicles for a variety of reasons, including car repairs and trips out of town. While there has been some minimal damage from past renters, the vehicles are still clean and generally in better condition than those from most rental companies. My union partners with one major company, but I prefer another for its convenience and numerous locations. They are always quick to get you into your rental and efficient when it comes to returning it. When I needed to extend my rental for an extra day, they made it easy with just a simple phone call. Keep up the good work!”
“The experience was great. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. From getting the car. Enterprise picked me up. To the return the process was exceptional! Nathan handled the return, although they were extremely busy. Nathan had one of the employees drive me home. Everyone I dealt with was outstanding!”

“The van was a great fit for the needs of our family during our road trip vacation but there was a malfunction with a dashboard notification setting regarding a door not being shut completely. It kept dinging saying “door ajar,” but all doors were shut securely and thoroughly and the alarm still proceeded to chime over and over again. It was continuous for 2 weeks straight and nearly drove me crazy. I was unable to disable the alarm. Other than that, it worked well.”
“Excellent service with Enterprise Rent-A-Car office located at the Doubletree Hotel in Charlotte, NC. I was a walk-in and walked out with a nice affordable rental when several other places were out of stock. The front office representative Keva provided outstanding service as did the young lady who checked out the car with me.
The car was clean and well maintained and reliable - no surprise issues or funny noises throughout the trip. The return was just as simple and smooth with the young man who handled it.
I was impressed with the location being close to my home and the convenience of having a safe space on-site for me to leave my car during the entirety of my trip. I did not have to ride-share or call a friend. This location has become my first choice for car rental in my town.”

“1 Direction, LLC as an Avis Rental location at the Hilton Charlotte Downtown location were life savers when our flight was diverted mid flight. Veronica and David were very helpful and worked with me diligently to find options when their existing fleet was somewhat limited. They also worked with me to find every applicable discount using my veteran status in order to get our rental within the budget we had for the vehicle we originally wanted. Consider using this location as an alternative to the airport, these guys are amazing.”
“My rental pick up was at the Asheville, NC airport. Service was easy. Pick up was a breeze. I drove 420 miles to Charlottesville, VA. Drop off was as easy as could be. And the Nissan Rogue was spectacular - felt so safe & a comfortable.”
“I had a great experience at Hertz kiosk inside the Double tree hotel during a stressful time as with flight cancellations creating havoc, and the airport completely out of cars and most transportation means were being cancelled due to weather conditions, I needed a car and without a reservation my chances seemed slim to none. I arrived at the kiosk inside the hotel (thanks goodness this was located there as it would have made thing more complicated) and spoke with Bill who carefully went through the inventory and last minute cancellations to get me a vehicle so that I could get to my final destination.
Bill did not oversell me a promise but told me as it were and even in spite of the chaos brought about by other frustrated clients, Bill steadied the ship and dealt with each and everyone in a courteous and professional manner, all this time he was; training another rep, answering phones, helping customers, preparing cars etc. His professionalism and positive attitude truly made my morning/day a lot less stressful.
While I waited for a solution for myself i noted to myself the look of satisfaction on every customer's face who had arrived to the desk with a burden and intent to lash out at the agents but all that was diminished when Bill took control.
It took 2hrs but I was able to drive away in a rental and delivered it to my final destination. I salute Bill and his trainee (didn't get her name) from the Hertz desk in Doubletree Hotel, Charlotte NC. SALUTE BILL.

I immediately went on the Hertz website to reserve a vehicle. I also called the local Hertz office here in Charlotte NC. Spoke with Associate Bill Jackson II. He was professional, engaged and provided great customer service and advised that they did have a vehicle for me. It was Mother's Day weekend.
